Handwoven Bidjar runner from Persia circa 1920. Runner measures 4 feet 8 inches by 11 feet 8 inches. Rug features a highly decorative Herati pattern, also known as Water Garden design. This piece also showcases a beautiful abrash, a color variation that comes from different batches of vegetable dyed wool. Rug is in good condition with wear that is consistent with age and use.
